- failure to provide for all acquisitions needed to extend Borden Mowery Drive
- failure to provide adequate protection for existing high pressure gas pipelines that cross the property
- failure to consider traffic, air quality, noise, safety and other negative environmental impacts from the industrial park
- that these failures could lead to the unwanted development of "500 single-family homes and up to 570 duplexes or town homes."
- that these failures could upset existing residents concerned with devaluation of their homes
